Here it is safe to relax for a bit,
but also to be vibrant and intense,
like the birth of a new star!

The dichotomy of living an authentic life
is always thus, to balance between the
calm and peaceful safety of our familiar
and feathered nest, and to fly out to the
limits of our imagination to discover,
create and redeem this world from
the darkness that pulls at the light.

The night's darkness, the winter's
darkness ~ these are good and holy,
but the darkness of a damaged
beyond repair, destructive, greedy
or completely selfish force must be escaped.

Escape velocity must be reached, and
then safe landings must return.
No wonder we are all spinning like
the colorful musical amazing beings
we are. We must.

Time flies by...Wheat Penny has played at the market again, on July 9th and we had a great time! Shawn Stewart-Maddox came and took 81 fantastic photos for us. Here are some of those great shots!
